I am the temple laundress. Say, what? You have a PhD and you do laundry? Yes, I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and for the past ten years I have been working in one of the most beautiful edifices in the Phoenix area, the Phoenix LDS Temple. I have managed large budgets, handled complications, worked with my hands, made mistakes, settled disputes, taught new coaches, led leadership seminars, coached managers, and applied leadership principles – the highest standards in the world – as I have supervised wonderful, capable, and sometimes perplexing humans…and yes, did I mention that I have made plenty of mistakes? Yes sirree - learned A LOT!
So, let's hop to it and awesomate you to a new and excellent level of leadership.
