Yes, I manage clothing and laundry at the Phoenix Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. But that title tells only a small part of the story.
Throughout my career, I've navigated complex challenges, coached leaders, facilitated leadership seminars, taught new coaches, resolved conflict, built high-performing teams, and made plenty of mistakes along the way.
Those experiences have taught me that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating an environment where people can do their very best work.
That's why I coach. And I've been doing it for 20 years.
