Yes, I manage clothing and laundry at the Phoenix Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. But that title only tells a small part of the story.

Throughout my career, I've navigated complex challenges, wrestled with budget issues, coached leaders, facilitated leadership seminars, taught new coaches, resolved conflict, built high-performing teams, and—perhaps most importantly—made plenty of mistakes along the way. Those experiences have taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating an environment where people can do their very best work. I believe with all my heart that leadership is, and always will be, profoundly human.

That’s why I coach...and have done for 20 years.
